As the head of the Perry Law Firm in Dallas,
I have had nearly three decades of experience in the practice of civil law, and a proven track record of integrity and success. I have the ability to reach fair and proper decisions quickly. Life experiences are critical when making judicial decisions, and I will bring my professional and life experiences from the courtroom — to the bench as your judge.
As your district judge, I will run a fair and open court that will make Dallas County proud. I believe that discovery in civil matters promotes the search for truth, results in prompt resolution of disputes and deserves the attention of the court. Tactics designed to thwart the discovery process will be strongly discouraged.
I support diversity, equality, fairness and compassion under the law with the ultimate goal of continuing the court’s public trust. I intend to be prepared, thorough, thoughtful and courteous in all matters before the court. I am committed to applying the law fairly, protecting citizens' rights with open access to the courts.
I was born and raised in Dallas County. I am married with three daughters, one attending Texas A&M, and two daughters attending St. Bernard Catholic School in East Dallas.
